As a local area expert with extensive knowledge of the community, local governments, planned future developments and even local building construction practices.  Michael Stevens objective is to work diligently to assist you in meeting your real estate goals.

Before dedicating his career to full time real estate, Mike was a Vice President of Sales and Marketing for several market leading technology companies.  His past clients included household names like; GE, eBay, Nike, Cisco, Home Depot, Coca Cola and even the NBA and NFL.  After nearly 15 years living in hotel rooms and with too many frequent flier miles to count he left the corporate world to pursue his passion for real estate, development and construction.
Born and raised in Brookfield, WI, a Milwaukee suburb, Mike played a few years of collegiate football in the University of Wisconsin system and even spent a summer working for the Chicago Bears (during their 1985 Super Bowl Year) training camp in Platteville, WI.  He went on to finish his college at Marquette University in 1989 and started his career working for a software company in Milwaukee where he lived until 1996 before his first corporate relocation to Southern California.
Mike spent nearly 5 years living in Los Angeles (Burbank, Glendale and Hermosa Beach) and Orange County, CA  (Aliso Viejo, Laguna Beach) where he got married and his daughter Sydney was born.
When it came time for another corporate relocation, Mike and his family had their choice of any major city in America.  After extensive research they choose Atlanta where they have now called home for over 10 years.  After a few years in Atlanta and way too many flights around country and nights away in hotels, Mike started his real estate practice.  His first year in the business he was named “Rookie of the year” by his first Broker, Re/Max Greater Atlanta, then the largest Re/Max Broker in North America with over 1500 agents at the time.  Mike is currently one of the top Re/Max agents in metro Atlanta and in the top 1% of Re/Max International Agents.  He is a member of the National Board of Realtors (NAR), The Georgia Board of Realtors and the Atlanta Board of Realtors.

Today Mike and his family are very active in the local community.  Mike served for many years as a board member for his neighborhood HOA where he helped spearhead an initiative to renovate the communities aging amenities, a move that helped rejuevenate his neighborhood and dramtically increase homes sales at a time when sales were decreasing virtually everywhere else.

He is also very involved with local community issues in North Fulton County and within his hometown of the new City of Milton, GA.  The family is also active in their daughter´s school and their local Church, Northpoint Community Church.
